The Nature of the Lorentz Transformation

The physical sense of the special theory of relativity is shown on the basis of a model of the 4D Universe. It is following from this model that the classical ether can be considered as it really fills the World if it is treated as a boundary hypersurface of the Universe. The effects of the special theory of relativity such as length contraction and time delay are shown to be artificial and therefore undetectable.

The Lorentz transformation (LT) is the kernel of the special theory of relativity (SR). The representation of the space-time given as the basis by the creator of the SR is now overestimating. It originates from the tendency to return the ether in the physics as the luminiferous medium [4]. Also a big interest in the theory of Kaluza of the five-dimensional space-time [5] is arisen. The work of A.Trounev [6] where the structure of the atom of hydrogen is considered is one of the last examples of this theory.

Everybody knows that the result of the experiment of Michelson and Morley is null. It follows from the theory of relativity and from the Lorentz' theory of ether with its Lorentz contraction. But if the body moves w/o contraction through the ether the MMX mist give 2nd order result in the shift of the interference bands. But then the movement of the Earth around the Sun can be fixed by this experiment. And because there was no any significant shifts had been found the ether was banished from the physics.
It is so only if the ether is the 3D essence. If to add one more dimension it is no hard to prove that the effect in MMX is very small to detect the "ether winf" ob Earth because it is of the third order wrt the ratio V/c - http://vixra.org/abs/1204.0041

Otherwise, one can tell so. The ether is dead. Long live the ether.
